EmMatch株式会社は、株式会社アスアとの間で、資本業務提携契約を締結いたしましたので、お知らせいたします。

本提携では、両社がこれまで取り組んできた物流DXや環境データ分野での知見を活かし、CO₂排出量可視化事業の競争力強化や、積載効率改善を軸とした新規事業の推進などに取り組んでまいります。

また、ウイングアーク1st株式会社および株式会社traevoとの連携をさらに深めることで、物流業界における営業・開発体制の強化を図り、持続可能な物流の実現に向けた取り組みを推進してまいります。

本提携を通じて、EmMatch株式会社は株式会社アスアとともに、物流DXおよびCO₂排出量の可視化・削減に関するサービスのさらなる発展を目指してまいります。
